AI-powered marketing that answers to your goals.

For SMEs and mid-market businesses in the UAE, the wider GCC and the UK, we plan, run and measure marketing with AI in the workflow and people in charge.

01

The challenge

The workload keeps growing. The team usually does not.

SME and mid-market marketing teams tend to face the same four pressures.

Too many channels

Search, social, email and now AI search tools each work differently, and attention is spread thin across all of them.

Constant demand for content

Every channel wants new posts, articles, emails and ads. The queue never really empties.

Unclear return on spend

Each channel reports success in its own way, so it is hard to see which spend is working.

Limited team capacity

One or two people often cover strategy, production and reporting, with little time left to plan or improve.

We help you decide where effort should go, then use AI and sound process to get more done without losing quality or control.

02

How it works

A clear way of working, from first review to steady improvement.

Every engagement follows the same four steps, so you always know what is happening and why.

Step 1

Assess

We review your marketing: goals, audiences, channels, content, spend and results. Then we agree the commercial goals that matter most. You get a plain summary of what to keep, fix and try.

Step 2

Plan

We turn those goals into a practical marketing plan covering priorities, channels, budget, content and timing, and the measures we will report against.

Step 3

Launch

We create the campaigns and content, agree how results will be measured, and take everything live on the channels and accounts you already use. AI speeds up research and drafting. People check everything against your brand before it goes live.

Step 4

Measure and improve

We report against the goals agreed at the start and explain what the numbers mean. Then we adjust the plan, one sensible change at a time.

03

Services

What we do, and where AI helps.

Every service is led by people. AI supports the work where it improves speed, quality or insight.

Management consultancy

Marketing strategy and planning

Clear goals, audiences, positioning and a channel plan you can act on, with budgets and measures agreed up front, and advice on where your team’s time should go.

Where AI helps

Researching competitors and customer questions, and summarising feedback quickly.

Project management

Campaign and marketing programme management

Campaigns, launches and ongoing marketing programmes planned, coordinated and delivered on time, across your team, agencies and suppliers.

Where AI helps

Drafting briefs, status updates and meeting notes, so more time goes into the work itself.

Advertising

Advertising campaigns and paid media across search and social

Advertising campaigns and ad copy created, paid media planned and bought, and paid search and paid social managed week by week, with clear budgets and regular optimisation.

Where AI helps

Ad variations to test, patterns in performance data and early warning of wasted spend.

Digital marketing

SEO and visibility in AI search tools

Search optimisation that answers real customer questions, so your business is found in search engines and in AI search tools, working within your existing website.

Where AI helps

Finding the questions people ask, checking what your pages cover and drafting improvements. A person reviews every change before it is published.

Digital marketing

Content and social media marketing

Marketing content for your campaigns and channels, from articles and guides to email copy, and social media marketing that keeps your brand visible and consistent.

Where AI helps

Topic research, outlines and first drafts. An editor rewrites and approves every piece.

Digital marketing

Email and lifecycle campaigns, with campaign performance reporting

Email and lifecycle campaigns that follow up enquiries and keep customers informed, sent through the email tool you already use, with regular reporting on how every campaign is performing.

Where AI helps

Drafting email variants and summarising results in plain language. Nothing is sent until a person has approved it.

04

Markets

The Gulf and the UK, each on its own terms.

Audiences, channels and buying habits differ between the two regions. We plan each market separately and keep your brand consistent across both.

UAE and the wider GCC

  • Audiences are often bilingual. We write in English and plan where an Arabic version would help, so your own translator can add it.
  • The UAE, Saudi Arabia and the other GCC markets differ in tone, language and the channels people use, so one regional plan rarely fits all.
  • Search, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and WhatsApp can all play a part, depending on the sector and audience.
  • Most people will see your campaign on a phone, so ads, emails and content are planned for mobile first.
  • Ramadan, Eid and the summer months change when and how people respond, so the calendar is planned around them.
  • Trust matters. Buyers often want clear credentials and a direct line to a real person before they enquire.

United Kingdom

  • Buyers usually research and compare several options online before they speak to anyone.
  • Search visibility and independent reviews carry weight, and AI search tools are now part of how people research.
  • Search, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and email usually form the core of the channel mix.
  • Plain, specific messaging tends to work better than big promises.
  • Budget cycles, school holidays and peak retail periods such as Black Friday and Christmas shape the calendar.
  • Email and lifecycle campaigns work best when they are useful, relevant and easy to opt out of.

Selling in both regions? We keep one brand and one set of goals, with a plan adapted to each market.

06

How we work

What you can hold us to.

These principles apply to every project, whatever its size.

Human review of everything published

AI helps us research, draft and analyse. A person checks every piece of content, every ad and every message before it goes out.

Brand and data safety

We work to your brand guidelines, ask only for the access the work needs, and never put your confidential information into AI tools that could learn from it unless you have agreed to it first.

Clear reporting against agreed goals

We agree the measures of success before work starts, then report against them regularly and in plain language.

No lock-in

Your accounts, content and data stay yours. Work is scoped in clear stages, so you decide at each stage whether to continue.

FAQ

Common questions, plain answers.

Have a question that is not covered here? Start a conversation and we will answer it directly.

Who do you work with?

SMEs and mid-market businesses in the UAE, the wider GCC and the UK that want marketing that is clearer, more consistent and easier to measure. We work with founders, managing directors and marketing teams, whether you have a full team or one person covering everything.

How do we start?

Start a conversation through our contact page. We will arrange an initial call to understand your goals, your current marketing and what you need. If we are a good fit, we will suggest a first project with a clear scope and deliverable.

Do you work in both the UAE and the UK?

Yes. We work with businesses in the UAE, the wider GCC and the UK, including companies that sell in both regions. Each market gets its own plan, and your brand stays consistent across both. Meetings are arranged to suit your time zone.

How is AI used and checked?

AI is part of how we research, plan, write and optimise marketing: research summaries, outlines, first drafts, ad and email variations, and plain summaries of results. People write the brief, edit the output and approve it. Nothing is published or sent until a person has checked it against your brand and goals. We do not sell AI as a product or service, and we are happy to tell you which tools we use on your work.

What access to our marketing accounts do you need?

Only what the work requires. Depending on the project, that could include your ad accounts, analytics, social media accounts or email tool. We ask for our own user access rather than shared passwords, and we remove it when the work ends.

Do you build websites or software?

No. We focus on marketing and work with your existing website and the tools you already use. If you need a new website or other technical work, we are happy to work alongside your chosen technology partner and plan the marketing around it.

How is pricing set?

Pricing is scoped per engagement after an initial conversation, once we understand your goals and what the work involves. You receive a written proposal setting out the scope, deliverables and fees before any work begins.

Tell us about your goals. We will suggest where to start.
